Constitution Hall Pass | National Constitution Center

This training video was created for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, this program presents an overview of the political concept of Federalism. Designed for middle school students, the educational video was launched as part of the NCC’s Constitution Hall Pass series. Rock Creek filmed in Statuary Hall at the NCC and on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The film also uses graphics, animation and stock photos to tell the story of how Federalism is an integral part of our political system in the United States.
