NCC First Amendment - Overview Part I

This is the first in a series of videos we produced for the National Constitution Center on Constitutional Amendments. This video features Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan as well as constitutional law professor Jeff Rosen commenting on the history and theory behind the First Amendment. These videos, designed for High School Students, will be displayed at the National Constitution Center and delivered to all AP History students across the county.
