This training video is designed to empower Sailors to recognize professional and responsible behavior, and inspire them to work and live in accordance with the Navy Core Values and Navy Ethos. Part of the Navy’s ongoing employee training initiative, this 2-hour training course consists of 36-minutes of video training and discussion dealing with the difficult issues of:
- Alcohol awareness and binge drinking
- Sexual comments and innuendo, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment
- Sexual assault (including male on male), bullying, and hazing that may lead to sexual assault
- Retaliation against Sailors who come forward to report all Continuum of Harm behaviors.
Rock Creek scripted six different videos and developed a Facilitator’s Guide for use in 2-hour small-group training sessions. Production took place in our studio where we designed and constructed apartment and navy office sets, in a local park, and onboard a naval vessel in Norfolk Naval Station.
