Addressing the unfortunate problems of automobile caused pedestrian accidents in Native American communities, this program, distributed to schools and community organizations, reaches out to children, teaching the importance of pedestrian safety. An additional video, aimed at adults, discusses the many advantages of making communities pedestrian friendly. This project also includes a “Safety Toolkit” to support safety educators in Native American communities across the country.
